a mobile and a bath

having read a few chapters on newborns, we realized we didn't have any visual stimulization for our little one; even though they only see in a gray scale for some time. we looked through the gifts p's family sent out, but there wasn't anything appropriate for a mobile. so last week, after talking about it for two weeks, i sat down with some foam core, fishing line and a stick, made our little boy a mobile to look at while kickin' it on the changing table.

aiden's u-cord fell of this week. it was during the night and i was sound asleep. p told me about it after i had returned from a day at the office. she told me they just took a bath. quite a day, i believe. free from the cord and able to take a both. first one ever.
